Felony cases get bound over to Circuit Court after a probable cause hearing. Pay online for a citation at pay.arcourts.gov or by phone, mail, or in person. Time pay plans are offered for fine balances that a defendant cannot pay in full at once. Community service can cover fine balances in some cases.
