Little Rock Police Department Criminal History Records

The Little Rock Police Department runs the main records desk for Little Rock Criminal History. LRPD handles city level reports, arrests, and traffic cases. LRPD also runs an online report system at littlerock.gov/onlinereport. The tool lets you file lost property, minor theft, vandalism, vehicle burglary, and minor crash reports. You get a temp case number on the spot. A sergeant reviews the report before it becomes an official file. The site is not for crimes in progress. Call 911 for those.

FOIA Requests for Little Rock Criminal History

Arkansas FOIA at Ark. Code § 25-19-105 gives citizens the right to request public records from LRPD. The request must come from an Arkansas resident. It must be clear enough that staff can find the file. LRPD aims to reply within 3 business days. If the fee tops $25, the office may ask for pre pay before making copies.

Court files at the clerk go back to 1997 for orders and 2000 for case images. Copy fees are $0.25 per page. A certified copy costs $5.00. The clerk is also the ex officio recorder for real estate. Civil, probate, domestic, and felony criminal cases all pass through the same office. Pulaski County is a full records participant in the state CourtConnect system.

For a name based statewide lookup, use the Arkansas Judiciary search at caseinfo.arcourts.gov. You can search by name, case number, date filed, or case type. Results pull from every full participant county in the state, so Little Rock cases show up there along with files from other counties. Pay citations online at pay.arcourts.gov.

The Little Rock Criminal Court at 600 West Markham Street handles city misdemeanors. Phone (501) 371-4739. The court offers a time pay plan. The first payment is $45. Pulaski County Sheriff and Jail

The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office runs the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility. This is the jail for Little Rock. The sheriff main office sits at 2900 S. Woodrow Street. The Sheriff uses the Zuercher portal for the public inmate roster. Each record shows mugshot, charges, bond amount, booking date, and date of birth. The Warrants Division at the Sheriff handles all active criminal warrants for Pulaski County courts. Phone (501) 340-6625. The team works with municipal courts in Little Rock, North Little Rock, Sherwood, Jacksonville, and Maumelle. If you want to check for an open warrant on your own name, staff will need a full name and date of birth. Most Wanted lists are posted for serious felony cases.

Statewide Criminal History Tools for Little Rock

ARCH costs $24 per name and shows felony and misdemeanor convictions, open felony arrests less than 3 years old, and sex offender status.
